- Shipping Locations: We offer shipping within Trinidad and Tobago only.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be processed on the following business day.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times are typically between 3-5 business days, but may vary depending on your location and public holidays.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated before you finalize your order.
- Shipping Delays: PharmTT is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or delays caused by shipping providers.
2. Payment Policy

- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Return and Refund Policy
- Return Conditions: Products purchased online may only be returned to our physical store at Corner Cipero and Park Street.
- Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, in their original condition, and original packaging. Any product that has been tampered with, opened, or shows signs of use will not be eligible for return.
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain health-related products, including but not limited to opened supplements, prescription medications, and personal care products, are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
4. Order Cancellations

You agree to submit any claim or dispute related to your purchase or use of our services to such alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Waiver of Court Proceedings: By using our website or purchasing from Allied Pharmacy, you expressly waive the right to pursue any claims in a court of law, except where prohibited by local law. In the event that arbitration or mediation is not successful, Allied Pharmacy reserves the right to make the final decision on dispute resolution without being compelled to engage in court proceedings.
- Final Decision: Any decision reached through alternative dispute resolution will be binding and final. The parties agree not to seek any further legal action in courts except for the enforcement of the alternative dispute resolution decision.
